These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Game Over Console Repair services, including in-store repairs, mail-in repairs, mobile pickup/drop-off, and purchases of used games and consoles.

Bookings & Appointments All bookings are subject to availability. Walk-ins are welcome for in-store service, but mobile and mail-in services require advance booking.

 

Payment Full payment is required at time of service or purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay/Google Pay.

 

Mail-In Service Customers are responsible for properly packing their console. Game Over is not liable for damage during shipping. Prepaid return shipping labels are provided where included in the service price.

 

Warranties & Liability Warranties are detailed in our Refund & Warranty Policy. We are not responsible for loss of data, saved games, or personal information. Game Over’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.

 

Abandoned Property Consoles left longer than 15 days incur a $1 daily storage fee. After 30 days, the item is considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold.

 

Cancellations Cancellations must be made before service begins. Mail-in repairs paid in advance may be subject to a restocking/processing fee.

 

Intellectual Property All content on this website belongs to Game Over Console Repair. You may not use our text, images, or branding without permission.

 

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
