Repair Warranty We proudly offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs (parts and labor). We also honor the Illinois standard 90-day warranty where applicable.

Sales Warranty All used games, consoles, and accessories come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy

Repairs: No refunds after the repair has been completed and the warranty sticker applied.
If we cannot repair your console under warranty, you will receive a prorated refund.
Sales (used items): Within 7 days of purchase you may request a full refund. After 7 days but within 30 days, we will issue store credit only.
Extended warranties (if purchased) may have different terms — please ask at time of sale.

Important Notes

Our warranty is void if the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with.
We are not responsible for any loss of saved games, data, or personal information during repair.
Consoles left unclaimed after 15 days will incur a $1 per day storage fee. After 30 days, the console will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
